Bill# S 2220 - Rollcall vote #103 - This bill was an attempt to block same-sex marriage. Kathleen supports marriage between any two people who love each other, while Timilty voted YES to define marriage as one man and one woman, on June 14, 2007. Governor Deval Patrick signed a bill repealing a 1913 law that barred couples from marrying in Massachusetts if their marriage would not be recognized in their home.
